Bradley Haslam Memorial Scholarship

When a young person’s life ends abruptly through an industrial accident a family is changed forever. While there is no way to take away the devastation felt by friends and loved ones, it is comforting to know that a memorial fund will keep Bradley’s memory alive forever. In recognition of Bradley’s motivation, independence and leadership abilities, School District 22 is pleased to work with the Community Foundation and Bradley’s family to provide a student going on to post-secondary education with financial support.

In his 18 years of life Bradley touched the hearts of many. He had a magnetic personality which attracted many amazing friends who enjoyed and loved life as he did. Bradley’s greatest love was hockey. He loved the game, and the game loved him. He was known for his words of encouragement and strong leadership which inspired his teammates, coaches and fans. Upon graduation, his goals were to being a career in civil engineering and explore the world around him.

Bradley will be ‘Forever in our Hearts’ and his legacy will continue to make a difference to students who follow in his ambitious footsteps.
