Honouring Dr. Craig Goplen’s Legacy

July 12, 1959 – March 2, 2025

Dr. Craig Goplen was a man of deep kindness, unwavering generosity, and a profound love for his family and community. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, dentist, and community leader, Craig touched countless lives through both his professional work and his dedication to service.

For over 40 years, he built a thriving dental practice in Vernon, where his gentle care and compassionate approach made him a beloved figure to his patients and colleagues alike. Beyond his career, Craig was a lifelong athlete, an accomplished triathlete, and a proud member of the Vernon Silver Star Rotary Club. His involvement in community initiatives, particularly the Queen Silver Star program and the cherished Father-Daughter Balls, reflected his deep commitment to giving back.

Craig believed in the power of community and connection. Whether through his work, his athletic pursuits, or his service, he inspired those around him to lead with kindness and generosity. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched and the causes he cared so deeply about.

In honour of Craig’s enduring impact, donations can be made to support the Vernon Silver Star Rotary Club and Men’s Shed Vernon, two organizations that align with his lifelong values of service, mentorship, and camaraderie.
